Hello!
I grew up in New York and now make Washington my home. Seattle allows proximity to nature and all its grounding nourishment for my body and mind. For me, bodywork is another practice for discovering, achieving, and maintaining each individual's healthiest natural state.
My Practice
Our bodies do a lot everyday and when we take time to appreciate and comfort our physical being we move closer to living more fully connected within ourselves. In my bodywork practice, I also work at an assisted living facility and a hospital's cancer institute. My clients are dealing with issues related to cancer treatment, neurological and musculoskeletal issues, chronic pain, acute issues related to surgeries and injuries, and those looking to drop into their bodies and find a state of relaxation. With everyone I see, I try to create a moment of connection within their bodies as a reminder that we a whole organism seeking safety, healing, and health.
My style is slow, intentional, and gentle yet deeply connecting. I use a combination of facial unwinding, manual lymphatic drainage, scar tissue release, cupping, intraoral, craniosacral, and rhythmic movement to unwind tension and create a sense of ease in the body.
